[LM_NET] TARGET: YouTube copyright

["Endlich, Rebecca (EWHS)" <EndlichR@EDMONDS.WEDNET.EDU>]

Question - what procedures are in place to assure users or posters on
YouTube that they are not violating copyright? A teacher wants to use
some clips in class for teaching. I directed him to TeacherTube (which
has  link to United Streaming) but in the meantime, any one know? I will
also look at the site itself, but in case one of you has already checked
it out........
