A friend of mine who is starting a bookstore is looking for the best book jobber for Indiana libraries and bookstores. I recommended Baker and Taylor, Follett, and Ingram Book Company. She said that the credit bureau gave B & T an "F" because they ignored a complaint. I have not had any problems with them. Which book jobbers do you find the most reasonably priced with good service?
