[LM_NET] TARGET: Choosing a Reading Program

We're choosing a new reading program for our K-5 schools, and have narrowed the 
choices down to the following: 
Tools Of The Mind (only goes up to 1st grade, I believe), Reading Street by 
Pearson, and Bookshop by Mondo Publishers. If anyone is using any of these 
programs, I'd love your feedback. I'll post a hit if requested. Thanks in advance,
