[LM_NET] Target: Staff Technology Survey

Our Technology Committee is interested in surveying staff to find out their 
technology proficiencies and areas where they would like to grow. Based on the 
survey results, we will find out areas staff would like us to offer during 
technology inservice opportunities. If you know of, or have used any kind of staff 
technology survey, would you be willing to share it with us, so that we don't have 
to re-invent the wheel and spend a lot of time creating our own staff technology 
survey "from scratch?" 

I will post a hit including examples of every survey that I receive.  Since I am 
new to LM_NET, could someone tell me if this question has been posed before? Thanks 
so much.
