I have some new facts on this. I now know that it is caused by the watermark; it only shows up when I have the watermark on. But the settings are normal for the wartermark. It is a new laptop, so maybe some part of the program downloaded wrong. It doesn't happen when it is opened on a different computer. But thanks to everyone how tried to help.
