[LM_NET] animoto et all student use login

I'm preparing for what I think could soon become an issue with a couple of teachers 
so here is my question for you.  When you have students use animoto or other online 
creation tools, do they use their own login or do you create one for them?  The 
district tech coordinator and I have our idea on the issue but some teachers have 
other ideas so I thought I'd fish around and see how other schools handle it.
