[LM_NET] Promoting Extended Contracts

Esteemed Colleagues:

I am working with the librarians in my district on a proposal for an extended 
contract. (2 days prior and 2 days after school).  How many of you are already on 
extended contract?  What would be some of the best ways to promote this idea to the 
adminstration?
