[LM_NET] TARGET: HS Course Management Systems

We are looking for a new course management system that is easy for both faculty and 
students to use.  We have used Blackboard for many years, but their cost rises each 
year and we've finally hit the point where we have to say no to another 6% increase 
for next year.  
 
What do your schools use to manage classes?  We need a system that allows teachers 
to create a class, post assignments, notes, resources etc. and both teachers and 
students must be able to access it from anywhere, not just at school.  
 
Would appreciate any input you may give.
