Greetings All, I am a first year librarian and can do basic navagation through this software program. The part that is frustrating to me is working in the "Reports" area. Does anyone know if the company has a tutorial? Can the representative come out to train? I've tried to e-mail my rep. but haven't heard back. My burning question for today is this. I would like to order spine, pocket, and card labels to print new book information right from the laser printer. So, I go into "Circulation Reports," and click on, "Spine / Pocket Labels." I go to, "Label Template," and search through what is offered to purchase through Demco. The option I want is, "Demco Three Across (14216180)." But when I bring up my circulation information and print it on a regular sheet of paper, it doesn't print out anything like what it should for Demco product # 14216180 on-line. What's even more annoying, is that the hard copy catalog product #'s don't look anything like the 14216180 number, but are P142-1618. This P142 # is what I want from the catalog, but there are 12 labels down and when I printed it on a regular sheet of paper, the 3 across were right, but there were only 11 labels down. HELP!
