[LM_NET] TAR: Library Aide Training

I have a new aide in the high school library who started in August but is
still struggling with basic library terminology and procedures. Does anyone
know of any training webinars that I could access to assist her in learning
the basics of working in a library. I would like her to learn to do a brief
catalog record for books that are donated, understand more of the
terminology of  a library, understand the dewey better, etc. We use Athena
and there are no webinars for Athena. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
