[LM_NET] Target: Test for Prospective Library Aide/Clerk

I may be looking for a new library clerk in a few months. The woman in
that position now is very contentious and detail oriented.

We do a lot of copy cataloging here, and I am just bewildered about
what specific skills we should be looking for --- some sort of test or
something? I'd hate to hire someone who couldn't handle the
procedures.

It's really hard to tell in advance if someone can learn the very
library specific skills we'll be needing, and I thought maybe someone
else had some sort of screening or qualifications requirements worked
out.

Any ideas?
