[LM_NET] TAR: How should I prepare to switch from a HS LMS to Elem. LMS?

Good Morning,
 
I have spent the past 10 years working as a high school librarian, and I'm looking 
for a change.  I think I would like to work as an elementary librarian.  I know the 
two jobs are very different, and I would like any advice you could provide on how I 
could prepare myself to become an elementary librarian.  

Any advice and/or tips I would appreciate.
