[LM_NET] Edublogs question

I can't seem to find the answer to this via the help section.  Sometimes when folks 
comment on my blog, their personal avatar appears.  However - for some a random 
icon shows up.  Although once a random icon shows up - the same icon shows up for 
that person the next time they post a comment.  One of my regulars really dislikes 
the icon that shows up for her.  Is there a way that she can change it?
