[LM_NET] OT: arm rest for desk

I am in need of a clamp on arm rest for my main work desk at school. I need it to 
clamp on to either the desk or the table but swing out of the way when not needed.

The problem is with my upper right arm which can't sustain being without support. 

My school has been wonderful in looking for and finding items to help me I thought 
a little work on my part would help.

A search found these products but it is hard to evaluate online.
