Hi, Frankie. This reminds me of the "debate" over whether to count an identical online periodical article as an electronic or print resource. These distinctions are essentially obsolete. What difference does it make, except in the most scholarly sort of research? IMHO, in most cases the information content is what counts, not the format. Photographs can be either print or non-print. It isn't the generic "photograph" which determines whether it's print or non-print, it's the actual object. If it's reproduced on paper--then it's "print;" if it's in any digital or electronic format--then it's non-print. We generally make these distinctions because teachers give assignments which require a certain type or number of items which fall into categories. We need remind ourselves and our colleagues that these distinctions are really not very useful any more. What is the information the researcher needs and does what they found answer their need? That's what we should be stressing. Good luck. Tom Kaun Thomas T.
