[LM_NET] Target: Sec: enrichment projects

Our administration is proposing a new final exam schedule, which includes
2-4 days for enrichment projects in nearly all subject areas.  If you and/or
your teachers are doing some great enrichment activities with students, I
would love to hear about them!  I'll take ideas in all subject areas,
including theology.  

These should be activities that can be completed in 2-4 class days (about 3
clock hours, maximum) with no out-of-class work required, that can be
assessed for some sort of grade.  (I know, those are tight parameters.)
