As one who is perhaps more private than most, I give some thought to 
what information is being collected about me. The biggest thing I've 
found is that most people have no idea that anyone is collecting 
information about them. To a certain extent, it is difficult to function 
in the modern world and not give private information to others. How 
_much_ information we give, though, is often up to us. I have two gmail 
accounts, and when I set them up I deliberately chose the most private 
options available. When I first set up my Facebook account a couple of 
months ago, I actually had it too private.

The timing of this thread is also interesting. Tomorrow night at the 
Dallas County Constitution Party meeting we're going to talk about 
privacy (or the lack of it).
