[LM_NET] GEN: Looking for PenPal for 8 yr. old

One of the Social Studies teachers in my building is hoping to find a 
PenPal for her daughter who's 8 years old. She mentioned Mexico, 
Italy or Puerto Rico as countries she'd be interested in. I don't 
think her daughter speaks a second language, so English would be 
essential. I told her I'd try to find someone who would be 
interested. Perhaps someone out there would help me make a connection 
for her. Thanks.
