I am asking for questions, K-12, where the librarian really needed to go through the reference interview process in order to not go off on a wild goose chase or otherwise misinterpret/misunderstand the question. I did search LM_NET archives and found some similar requests, including one a couple of years ago for funny questions. Funny is entertaining, but not the top priority. I am getting ready to teach reference for the first time in several years and I want some examples of the types of questions that can throw the unwary librarian and thus waste time/energy. TIA, mabell PS Do any of you have online/electronic/email/phone/text questions? If so, specify that if would.
