[LM_NET] help with blogspot.com

Hey, fellow bloggers,

I customized my background and layout on my blog but now the followers don't appear 
on my blog. When I go to my dashboard, I can see my followers, but new followers 
are unable to sign up to follow me. When I go to add a gadget, it shows that 
followers are enabled. Please help,
