Hi all,

My administration is looking into changing the way our school
distributes and collects textbooks. I would love to give them some
statistics on how other schools distribute textbooks. Based on a
helpful LM-NET discussion two years ago, I came up with the following.
Please reply. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Through where do you distribute textbooks?
--the library
--the academic departments
--a textbook coordinator
--other:_______

2. How many students do you distribute textbooks to?

3. How long does it take to distribute textbooks?

4. How many people work to distribute textbooks?

5. When do you distribute textbooks?
--during regularly scheduled class
--during registration
--during special orientation time
--other: _______

6. How do you distribute textbooks
--by class (students comes down during each of their class periods)
--by student schedule (a student comes down once and picks up all textbooks)
--other: _________

7. What is good or bad about how you distribute books?

8. When do you collect textbooks?
--a week before the end of school
--during the final exam
--other: _________

9. How do you enforce textbook collection at the end of the year?

Thank you for your help!
If there are requests for a HIT, I'll post my results.
