[LM_NET] Globalization of Children's Literature

I know we are all resting before we start school again but I have an interesting

“assignment” for a globalization of children’s literature program.

 I need suggestions for  1 picture book and 1 chapter book coordinating with 7 
different countries

 for a story hour that would  appeal to children from pre-school to age 8.

 

Also, to make matters even more interesting, the assignment also included a 
suggestion of a song / lullaby

 from each of the 7 countries.  

BTW, the books have to be available to purchase as paperbacks to be given to the 
children attending the story hour!
