Greetings!

Teen Tech Week is here!

We hope you're as excited about this year's celebration as we are! As
you offer events this week, remember to check out the Teen Tech Week Web
site, www.ala.org/teentechweek. How can you celebrate? Here are a few
ways:

*Encourage teens to take our Teen Tech Week 2010 survey! They can help
us pick the 2011 theme (and we have a few questions about how they use
technology, too). Access the survey at www.ala.org/teentechweek or
www.surveymonkey.com/s/ttw2010.

*Publicize your event! Use our publicity tools (including downloadable
PSAs from Tom Kenny, who plays SpongeBob SquarePants) at the Teen Tech
Week website,
http://www.ala.org/ala/mgrps/divs/yalsa/teentechweek/ttw10/publicity.cfm
.

*Looking for ideas for books and materials to promote with Teen Tech
Week? Check the Teen Tech Week wiki,
http://wikis.ala.org/yalsa/index.php/Books%2C_Media%2C_and_Other_Materia
ls_to_Promote_during_Teen_Tech_Week.

*Tell us what you're doing at the Teen Tech Week Wiki,
http://wikis.ala.org/yalsa/index.php/Teen_Tech_Week_2010_%40_your_librar
y.

*Finally, Teen Tech Week doesn't really end on Saturday! Let us know
about your tech offerings at our Wiki
(http://wikis.ala.org/yalsa/index.php/Main_Page#Technology).

Questions? Comments? Contact us at yalsa@ala.org or by phone at
1-800-545-2433, ext. 4390.

Thanks for all you do for teens in your community!
