My original target: I have a second grade teacher looking for books with two voice poems to use as mentor texts. I gave him "Joyful Noise" and "I Am Phoenix." Any other ideas? HITS: Most people recommended "You Read to Me, I'll Read to You." Also recommended were: "Messing Around on the Monkey Bars: and other school poems for two voices" by Betsy Franco, and "I am the Dog, I am the Cat" by Donald Hall. Thanks so much for the quick responses!
