[LM_NET] Internet misuse concerns

HI all,

I am working on a presentation/document about effective Internet use 
management in web 2.0. I would like to get your input. Effective 
Internet use management means to establish mechanisms to ward against 
misuse - by students and staff.

What student or staff misuse concerns do you think need to be addressed?

I know - sort of basic. But I want to make sure I am not missing anything.
