Just wanted to make a public thank you (as well as my offlist one) to Margaret Schaffer at Easton High MD mshaffer@tcps.k12.md.us who kindly compiled the Ancient Rome links that many of you sent to her so I could share them with my Australian colleagues. Australia will have a national history curriculum from next year and Ancient Rome is mandated for Year 7. Not only will these links give teacher librarians the opportunity to show why they are the across-school curriculum specialists but it will also give us an excellent example to support that claim in a submission to our National Inquiry. So thank you Margaret and to all those who contributed to her list.
