[LM_NET] SHARE : Technical Upgrade to Infotopia Student Safe Search Engine

Dear fellow librarians:

Yesterday I made some technical upgrades to Infotopia that make it VERY
much faster.  You can try it out at http://www.infotopia.info .

Please remember, Infotopia is just like Google (it's a Google Custom
Search Engine) except that it is limited to only sites previously selected
by librarians, teachers, and educational and library consortia.  And with
Infotopia 'Safe Search' is ALWAYS ON.
