[LM_NET] TARGET: New take on disasters unit

I need to shape a unit written by someone else that focuses on Natural
Disasters so that it has something that is more than 'All you know about
...' which it currently is.  The target audience if Year 5/6.  I am having
trouble trying to think of a different perspective beyond being a reporter
covering the event.

If you have a suggestion that will bring this to life, I would love to hear
it.
