[LM_NET] Humanitarian aid groups reference

Our Global 9 teacher would like an Index either print or online that would help her 
students find agencies, non-profits etc that are working on humanitarian issues. 
For example, one student is studying the war in Afghanistan and could research 
Doctors Without Borders. But we'd like a reference that might index humanitarian 
groups, the types of aid these groups offer and some information about them. Does 
anyone know of such a reference? Thanks very much.
