[LM_NET] OT: student engagement

I'm on our staff Professional Development committee.  We are planning  
a Pro-D day for Sept 2nd and we want a really inspirational video that  
is related in someway to student engagement.  If you have seen  
something that just knocked your socks off, could you send me the info  
on it?  Also, we want to give all our staff some summer reading, also  
on student engagement.  If you have read something on the topic that  
is particularly good, can you send that to me as well?  TIA,
