[LM_NET] Gen-> Need web sites or companies offering services - digital archival records, online recordkeeping for school

Dear Librarians,

My technology director asked me to make this plea on his behalf.

 

Our small school (450 students) is looking into digitizing/digitalizing
our school's paper records. We really can't afford an expensive system
yet but need to look into possibilities.

 

Can you point us in the right direction? Or give us helpful web sites?

 

The records we are referring to are business records, bookkeeping
information, school archives, and even student grades, really anything
and everything.

 

Your help will be greatly valued.
