[LM_NET] ELEM: Help with a title

Hi everyone!

 

A teacher is looking for a book she remembers reading as a child in the
early 90s (!) about a monster who goes to a school wearing a "Feed Me"
sign.  The children give him food, and he returns with a baby monster
wearing a "Feed me, too" sign.  Does this sound familiar?  She'd love to
get a copy.
