[LM_NET] TAR: TAP (Teacher Advancement Program)

Hi all,

I am currently in a K-5 school that participants in the TAP (Teacher
Advancement Program).  Rather than being able to meet with teachers during
their planning time to collaborate, I am attending cluster meetings with
other specialists (music, art, pe, technology) to focus on pre-determined
school wide goals --- this year's focus is on reading comprehension.  Being
new to the school and to the TAP program, I am having difficulty learning
how to balance the multiple roles on a fixed media schedule.  Does your
school participant in TAP?  If so, would you please contact me off list?
Our school is the only school in North Carolina participating in the program
and I  would love an opportunity to hear and learn from others participating
in TAP.
