[LM_NET] TARGET: a book and a hug.com

Everyone:

I wanted to show this site to students today and cannot access it (as of 8:50AM 
EDT). I did sometimes get a message saying the domain name had expired. Has anyone 
else had trouble with this site or is it an issue just here?
