Hi all, There have been discussions about using Wikipedia on both of these lists. I just found out about a really excellent lesson about Wikipedia from the excellent folks in Canada - Media Awareness. The lesson is here: <http://www.media-awareness.ca/english/resources/educational/lessons/elementary/internet/taming_wild_wiki.cfm> For older students you could possibly expand this lesson to do a research project on cultural imperialism and history textbooks. Perhaps they could collaboratively develop design principles for a Wiki-World-History site. Nancy -- Nancy Willard, M.S., J.D.
