A GAGILLION APOLOGIES. I am very embarrassed by this HUGE mistake I
made.
I set back to work on my book order today. To my horror, I realized
that I used the wrong list when comparing the 2 companies. I accidently
looked at an earlier version of my order from B&T, which had far fewer
titles.
Bottom line - Follett and Baker & Taylor are virtually the same with
regard to price. I now plan to try Follett because their website is so
much better. I will make a judgement from there regarding quality of
processing and cataloging.
Final price report for nearly the same list of books. (each company
had a few titles not available)
Baker & Taylor: 96 books - $3096.95
Follett: 93 Books - $3067.73
Again - please accept my apologies for my gross error. I plan to send
this note to each person who responded to me, as well as sending it to
the list.
