I have learned, because of the proliferation of political "stuff" that comes to my e-mail, that I can copy and paste the first line of the letter or article into a Google search, and it usually shows all of the sources where it appears on the internet. I did that with this one and found MANY references. The first .pdf file that I opened showed Robert Brault as the author, but you may want to do a search and check out the other references as well. BTW, I have been able to debunk many letters-to-the-editor in newspapers (I read many) as just copy & paste from political sites instead of being original.
