[LM_NET] Kindle Questions-HS

I was wondering how many high school libraries have Kindles? If you do, could you 
please answer the following questions for me?
 
Are they checked-out a lot?
Do your students sign a permission/responsibility type form prior to check-out?
What kind of Amazon account do you have in order to buy books? Can you use a PO to 
buy credit?
Is there a way to block student access to the card information so that they can't 
buy or download anything?
