If they are DVDs they should run on a DVD player in a computer. Lorna Kee Brusseum, Netherlands AIS Lorna.kee@eu.dodea.edu -----Original Message----- From: School Library Media & Network Communications [mailto:LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU] On Behalf Of Dr. Michael Bell Sent: Wednesday, September 01, 2010 3:50 AM To: LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU Subject: Re: TAR: Horrible Histories videos Dear Susan, Amazon.com has the whole series in a boxed set for $37.00. However, they seem to be only available in Britain. If Amazon would sell them to you in the USA, you would still have to play them on a "region-free" or "code-free" DVD player. Here's the url on Amazon : http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Ddvd&field-keyw ords=Horrible+Histories+video%2FDVD+series&x=12&y=17 Sincerely, Michael Bell Former Chair, Texas Association of School Librarians drmichaelbell@hotmail.com Retired school and university librarian webmaster at http://www.virtuallrc.com webmaster at http://www.infotopia.info webmaster at http://www.virtuallrc.com/magbot webmaster at http://www.virtuallrc.com/alphamarks webmaster at http://www.academicindex.net > I have a teacher looking for the Horrible Histories video/DVD series on > the > subjects below.
