[LM_NET] Destiny Question

To the collective:

I was wondering if there was a way to set a notice on a specific book when
it would go to checkout.  I have some books that have some mature content
and I want to have permission slips signed from the parents before they go
out.  So can I set the system to alert me or library helpers to not send the
book until that slip is in?  Or do I have to have another plan of action?
