Hi, My school (K - 6) was being renovated this summer. Unfortunately the library is not done and classes start this Tuesday! I have 40 minute classes and none of my lessons go over 30 minutes because the students need time for check out. For the next week or two I will be teaching without book check-out or other supplies. I can go into the classroom but the teachers are still trying to make sense of the chaos in their rooms so I'd rather not. The library has carpeting on the floor but no table or craft supplies. Any ideas for lessons or extension activities that require no table work. I should add that I travel between 2 schools and this school is not my home school. I know I can read stories and discuss them but I'm looking for other fillers too. Any ideas would be appreciated.
