[LM_NET] TAR: Professional Learning Communities

My school participates in PLCs and the librarians are included on all
teams--although with only two of us, we have to pick which two
meetings to attend missing many others.  I think the value of PLCs
would help our own instruction.  I'm exploring how to conduct PLCs
with other librarians in nearby high schools.  If you are currently
doing this, I'd like to hear your thoughts about the logistics and
success of the collaboration and particularly the development of
common assessments and evaluating the resulting information.
