I have a foreign language teacher looking to me for guidance with copyright. She was hoping to start a foreign movie club where foreign films would be shown after school hours to students and community members. No tickets are going to be sold and there is no profit being generated from these showings. My instinct is that there is no problem with copyright in this scenario. I just wanted to check the collective brain in case I was wrong. Any advice would be appreciated!
