[LM_NET] TAR: High School Librarian Designation and Description

Wise ones, we are having a discussion with our administrators over whether high 
school librarians  are to be classified as  "teachers" or "professional support 
staff".  We feel it is critical that we are viewed as teachers, and we are 
gathering data to support this.

If you have information that you could share, it would be gratefully received.

We have also been asked to rewrite/update the school librarian job description.  
Would you be willing to share your districts job description for school librarians?
