Dear Dan,
I don't have access to Bitnet, but am a regular user of FredMail.  We
have access to the LM-net and I am hopeful that you will receive this
message.
I am somewhat of a disciple of yours since I have read many of your
articles in professional journals.  I have seen a copy of the program
description for the Library Specialist Degree at USC.  My question is,
would it be possible for me to register as a special student in the
summer of 94. I am interested in library technology and will be spendin
the summer in Florence, SC.  I understand that tuition for certified
teachers is $112 per semester hour.  Is this true for nonresident , out
of state students?  It sounds too good to be true.  If it is, I am very
interested in becoming a candidate for the specialist program there.
