Sorry - I forgot something so critical: While my certified predecessor
had 8 schools to herself with some aides, there are now three of us
doing the 8 schools and next year will be 6 of us.  And there are alot
of aides helping us.  What my administrators see is the difference in
a professional being able to REALLY do their job. And I think my point
is that the whole thing is up to those above with their fingers on the
button. They are the same who decimated our libraries to 1 to eight in
the first place. Now they're rebuilding.  Who knows what's next? And
it is and is not our fault. It depends on your personal situation,
your community wealth, your administrator's visions.... etc.Thanks for
letting me blurb.
