Hi LM_NET Techies, I have had some problems installing Grolier =
Multimedia Encyclopedia 1998 on my network. The installation & setup =
guide says under "Troubleshooting Tips": If these tips do not help to =
resolve your problem, please call the Tech Support number provided in =
your GME documentation. There is no number in the documentation. I tried =
calling Grolier Tech direct. They said they would call me back. They =
never did. I purchased this CDROM from Follett Library Resources, =
McHenry, Illinois. I could not get a number for this business from =
information. HELP!=20
Anyone out there have a number that I could call for tech help.
