Quotation source

I have searched and "re-searched" for the source of the following
quotation:

        "That which does not kill us makes us stronger."

My print quotation books are quite old and very limited so I didn't find
it there.  I believe it is Nietzsche, but am unable to verify it.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
