TARGET: MS & HS Curriculum Writing

I am getting ready to sit down with the high school librarian and write our
curriculum to present to our curriculum review committee.  If any middle
school or high school librarian has recently written their curriculum, did
you do a separate plan for each grade level or an overall plan for all
grades?  Thanks for any information you can provide.
