Dewey number

[Martha Clement <martha@WORLDPATH.NET>]

I must have been dozing in Cataloging 101, but one of the 7th graders asked
me why there is no subject listing for  Dewey Classification 040 and I
couldn't come up with an answer.  Do you know?  I'd love to have the correct
answer to share with the class when they return on Thursday.
